Gamified microlearning

Training your team can play in two minutes a day.

A microlearning platform built like a game: six questions per round, on the phone. Spaced repetition brings each topic back at the right moment, so your people do not forget it.

The problem

What people learn in training starts fading right after.

This is the forgetting curve, first described by Hermann Ebbinghaus. A one-off session is not enough. Knowledge sticks when people come back to it, at spaced intervals, with little effort and at the right moment.

How it works

One round. Six questions. A little every day.

1. Sign in with email and code

No accounts, no app to install. Players see their level, their medals and how far they are from the next one.

2. Answer six questions

Against the clock, with three helps. The algorithm picks what is being forgotten and mixes in new content.

3. Learn from every answer

Each answer comes with a short explanation. Players level up, earn medals and compare scores with the team.

International teams

In English, Portuguese or any other language.

Write the questions in one language and create the other versions with help from AI. Everyone plays in the language they work in.

More than text

Images in the questions and in the answers.

A photo of the workplace, the product on the shelf, the right equipment. Recognising what you see sticks better than reading a description.

Use cases

Whenever your team needs to know something by heart.

Product launch

Your sales team knows features, prices and arguments before the first customer asks.

«What is the main difference between the Atlas Pro and the previous model?»

Employee onboarding

Culture, processes, tools and key people in the first weeks, without endless sessions.

«Who do you ask for access to the billing system on day one?»

Compliance and safety

Data protection, information security and workplace safety reviewed all year, not just before the audit.

«You get an email asking for your password. What do you do?»

Certification prep

ITIL v5 and other exams, with daily practice and visible progress by topic.

«Which ITIL v5 practice restores service as quickly as possible?»

New system or process

When the ERP, the purchasing procedure or the expenses policy changes, everyone learns how it works now.

«Above what amount does a purchase need two approvals?»

Customer service

Return policies, deadlines and standard answers always at hand for people at the counter or on the phone.

«How many days does a customer have to return an online order?»

Training reinforcement

The classroom or e-learning course presents the content; the game makes sure it is not lost in the following weeks.

«What is the first step of the negotiation model we practised?»

Internal communication campaigns

Company values, strategy and news, with a competition between teams.

«Which of our values is about responsibility towards the customer?»

For trainers and HR teams

From your manual to a game in minutes.

  • Questions from your own content. Paste a text and AI suggests questions, each with the quote that supports it. You choose which ones go in.
  • Your client's brand. Logo, colours, font, background and medal names, with a live preview.
  • Results that show where people get stuck. Participation, funnel by level, hardest questions and most chosen wrong answers, with Excel export.

Team comparing the leaderboard on their phones in a meeting room

Healthy competition, no tests, no grades.

Individual and team leaderboards, challenges between colleagues and medals with the names you choose. Getting it wrong is part of the game: that is how people learn.

Frequently asked questions

What is microlearning?

Learning in short, frequent doses instead of long sessions. Here, each dose is a round of six questions that takes one to two minutes.

Do participants need to install an app?

No. The game opens in the phone browser, in landscape, with an email and an access code. On Android it can be added to the home screen.

Which languages does it support?

Questions can be written in English, Portuguese or any other language. AI helps create the versions in other languages.

Who writes the questions?

You, our team, or both. The platform helps generate questions and variants from your content, always with human review before they go into the game.

Does it replace our e-learning platform or LMS?

No. The course, in a classroom or online, presents the content. The game reinforces it over the following weeks, so it is not lost.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of participants. Book a demo and we will prepare a proposal tailored to your company.
