Use case

Product launch training: a sales team ready before the first customer call

At launch, salespeople need features, prices and arguments at their fingertips. The game turns the product sheet into rounds of six questions, on the phone, in the weeks before and after the launch.

Illustrative example with the fictitious Atlas brand.

The problem

A launch brings a lot of information in a short time: specifications, commercial terms, differences from the previous model and from competitors. The launch presentation is seen once.

When the first customer asks, the answer has to come from memory, not from scrolling through slides. That is where a one-off session falls short.

How the game helps

  • Questions from the product sheet. Paste the spec sheet or the presentation text and AI suggests questions, each with the quote that supports it. You choose which ones go in.
  • One level per topic. Product, pricing, competitors and arguments, in that order, with earlier levels coming back so nothing is lost.
  • Spaced repetition for each person. The algorithm brings back what each salesperson is starting to forget, before it is gone.
  • Results that show where to reinforce. The funnel by level and the hardest questions tell you what to cover in the next sales meeting.

Three sample questions

01

How long is the warranty on the new Atlas Pro?

  • Six months
  • Two years (Correct answer)
  • One year
  • Three years

Why: The Atlas Pro comes with a two-year warranty, twice the previous model.

02

What is the main difference between the Atlas Pro and the previous model?

  • Twice the battery life (Correct answer)
  • The same price
  • A new colour
  • A smaller screen

Why: Battery life has doubled. Lead with it when talking to customers who know the previous model.

03

A customer wants the Atlas Pro delivered tomorrow. What do you check first?

  • Stock in the Lisbon warehouse (Correct answer)
  • Volume discount
  • Preferred colour
  • Extended warranty

Why: Without confirmed stock, no delivery date is safe to promise.
