Use case

Compliance training that lasts the whole year, not just audit week

Data protection, information security and workplace safety are not learned in one annual session. With two-minute rounds, the rules come back throughout the year, and the ones people miss most come back more often.

Images in the answers: pick the right equipment. Illustrative example.

The problem

Mandatory training often happens once a year, sometimes the week before an audit. Between sessions, the rules fade until the day they are needed.

Risks show up in concrete situations: a suspicious email, a document left on the printer, a box lifted the wrong way.

How the game helps

  • Continuous review. Six questions per round with spaced repetition: the rules each person misses most come back more often.
  • Everyday scenarios. "What would you do?" questions, with plausible wrong answers that make people think.
  • Images in questions and answers. Show the workplace or the right equipment. Recognising what you see sticks better than reading a description.
  • Exportable results. Participation, progress by level and hardest questions, with Excel export.

Three sample questions

01

You get an email asking for your password. What do you do?

  • Reply with the password
  • Report it to the security team (Correct answer)
  • Forward it to a colleague
  • Ignore and delete it

Why: No legitimate service asks for your password by email. Reporting it helps protect the whole company.

02

Which equipment protects against objects falling from the shelves?

  • Helmet (Correct answer)
  • Gloves
  • Goggles
  • Boots

Why: Helmets are mandatory throughout the warehouse, next to the high racks.

03

You find a document with customer data on the shared printer. What do you do?

  • Return it to the owner or shred it (Correct answer)
  • Leave it there
  • Put it in the regular bin
  • Keep it on your desk

Why: Personal data left in view is a risk. The internal policy says to return it to the owner or destroy it securely.
